To support your success, we’ve created a step-by-step plan that will help you drive user adoption. The plan focuses on the two elements of Concur TripLink that impact your users: My Travel Network and TripIt Pro. We’ll walk you through how to introduce these to your users. Then, we’ll help you drive the actions users need to take: enroll in My Travel Network, add frequent traveler accounts, and connect their TripIt account.

Stage 1: Increase Awareness
