The plan focuses on the two elements of Concur TripLink that impact your users: My Travel Network and TripIt Pro. We’ll walk you through how to introduce these to your users. Then, we’ll help you drive the actions users need to take: enroll in My Travel Network, add frequent traveler accounts, and connect their TripIt account.
Stage 1: Increase Awareness
First things first – let’s get your users familiar with My Travel Network and TripIt Pro. The Travel Made Easy site has everything users need to know and will be a helpful resource when it comes to educating users. Use the content below to introduce the products and direct users to this site.

Welcome Email
Start the conversation by sending this email to your users. This template will serve as a quick introduction to what My Travel Network and TripIt Pro do and direct users to the Travel Made Easy site so they can further their education.
