TripLink Initial Set Up
1. Update your TripLink Discount Code:
To ensure that your travelers are getting your corporate negotiated rate when they book on Sixt.com, you must enter your Sixt TripLink discount code in the Concur administration tool.

Your Sixt TripLink Discount Code is the Sixt Corporate Discount (CD) Code, which is numerically identical to the Sixt GDS code. However, GDS integrations require a « SX » in front of the actual CD numeric code (e.g. CD code 9860588 needs to be entered as SX9860588 in the GDS). When entering the Sixt CD code into the TripLink Discount Code field, do not insert, “SX,” in front of the CD Code number. Use only the CD Code number. If you do not know your company’s Sixt CD Code, contact your Sixt account manager. If your company doesn’t have negotiated rates with Sixt, but would like to learn more, visit Sixt Rent a Car.

Click on Administration > Travel System Admin, and then select, “Manage Corporate Discounts,” from the options on the left of the screen. Watch our instructional video for an example. If you have additional questions about entering your TripLink Discount Code, email triplink@concur.com.
2. Update your travel policy for TripLink bookings:
Apply Concur travel policy notifications to bookings made directly on Sixt.com by travelers who have linked their Concur and MySixt accounts. Please refer to the Configuration section of the TripLink User Guide to learn more.

Section 2: Notify Your Travelers
Travelers need to be “connected” so their bookings sync with Concur and so they get negotiated rates on Sixt.com. To get connected, a traveler needs to enter their MySixt number into their Concur Travel Profile and enroll in My Travel Network. Travelers will receive a confirmation email from Concur to indicate a successful connection. Travelers can also confirm that they’re connected by logging into Concur and visiting the Sixt App Center Listing.
If your travelers need a MySixt number, they can register for a MySixt account.

2.Update Your Concur Company Notes Section
When your travelers log into Concur Solutions, the Concur Company Notes are front and center, and a great way to communicate this important connection. You can modify this information and educate your travelers by following the instructions below:

First, access the Company Notes section in Concur Admin using the following steps:
- Concur Travel and Concur Travel & Expense customers: Admin > Travel > Travel Admin > Custom Text Tab
- Concur Expense customers: Expense Admin > Company Info

Then, cut and paste the following suggested text into the Company Notes section of your Concur Travel Admin.
Connect your MySixt reward account with your Concur account by entering your MySixt number in your Concur profile and enrolling in My Travel Network (click “I Agree” in the Frequent-Traveler Programs of your profile).
