TripLink Initial Set Up
1. Update your TripLink Discount Code:
If you have a corporate rate program with the Lufthansa Group, it is imperative that you update your TripLink Discount Code in SAP Concur to ensure that your travelers receive your corporate rates on LH.com, and that they have a positive booking experience.
Lufthansa Group requires consent from Concur TripLink travel managers before making corporate fares available to travelers on LH.com. If consent is granted, Travel Managers will need to add the Lufthansa Client Identifier (CLID) and the Closed User Group (CUG) code to the Concur configuration.
Email your Lufthansa Group Account Manager and copy triplink@lufthansa-group.com to request CLID and CUG, subject line for the email ‘Triplink Discount Code Request’, confirming acceptance that corporate fares are available and bookable on LH.com.
If in agreement, the TripLink Discount Code number (combined CLID and CUG) will be provided by your Lufthansa Group Account Manager within approximately two weeks.

Your Lufthansa TripLink Discount Code is not the same as the Lufthansa GDS code. The TripLink Discount Code is a combination of your CLID (Client Identifier) and CUG (Closed User Group). The conditions of your corporate contract are stored within the 6 to 12-digit (alphanumeric) CUG. The Client Identifier is 13-digits (alphanumeric). Your TripLink discount code is the CLID, plus the CUG with no spaces in between the two numbers. Your code could be between 19 and 25 digits. It is important that the codes be entered in exactly that order, CLID + CUG to avoid any problems with the discount code entry.

Lufthansa will send PRISM data directly. To allow Lufthansa Group to send your TripLink trips to PRISM on your behalf, you must first process an eDRA provided to you by your Lufthansa Group Account Manager.

Click on Administration > Travel System Admin, and then select, “Manage Corporate Discounts,” from the options on the left of the screen. Watch our instructional video for an example. If you have additional questions about entering your TripLink Discount Code, email triplink@concur.com.
2. Update your travel policy for TripLink bookings:
Apply Concur travel policy notifications to bookings made directly on LH.com by travelers who have linked their Concur and Lufthansa Miles and More accounts. Please refer to the Configuration section of the TripLink User Guide to learn more.
Notify Your Travelers

Travelers need to be “connected” so their bookings sync with Concur and so they get negotiated rates on LH.com. To get connected, a traveler needs to enter their Lufthansa Miles and More number into their Concur Travel Profile and enroll in My Travel Network. Travelers will receive a confirmation email from Concur to indicate a successful connection. Travelers can also confirm that they’re connected by logging into Concur and visiting the Lufthansa App Center Listing.

2. Update Your Concur Company Notes Section
When your travelers log into Concur Solutions, the Concur Company Notes are front and center, and a great way to communicate this important connection. You can modify this information and educate your travelers by following the instructions below:

First, access the Company Notes section in Concur Admin using the following steps:
- Concur Travel and Concur Travel & Expense customers: Admin > Travel > Travel Admin > Custom Text Tab
- Concur Expense customers: Expense Admin > Company Info

Update your Company Notes with the information you would like to communicate to your travelers. If you don’t know where to start, use the suggested messaging below.
“Connect your Lufthansa Miles and More account with your Concur account by entering your Miles and More number in your Concur profile and enrolling in My Travel Network (click “I Agree” in the Frequent-Traveler Programs section of your travel profile).”
