TripLink Initial Set Up
1. Update your TripLink Discount Code:
If you do not have a corporate discount with Delta Air Lines, please skip this step. To access negotiated rates on delta.com or the Fly Delta app, corporate travel managers must enter their Delta Air Lines TripLink Discount Code into the TripLink Discount Code field in Concur.

Your Delta Air Lines TripLink Discount Code, provided by Delta, is also known as your Delta Corporate Ticket Designator. A Delta Air Lines TripLink Discount Code is different from a discount code that you might have on file for Delta with a travel agency or in GDS systems.
If you do not know your Delta Air Lines Corporate Ticket Designator, ask the individual within your organization who manages your travel program or send an email to your Delta Air Lines Sales Account Executive and include “Delta Air Lines TripLink Discount Code” in the subject line.

Click on Administration > Travel System Admin, and then select, “Manage Corporate Discounts,” from the options on the left of the screen. Watch our instructional video for an example. . If you have additional questions about entering your Delta Air Lines TripLink Discount Code, please send an email to triplink@concur.com.
3. Update your travel policy for TripLink bookings:
Travel managers can use Concur to apply travel policy notifications to bookings directly on delta.com for travelers who have linked their Concur and Delta Air Lines accounts. Please refer to the Configuration section of the TripLink User Guide to learn more.
