Step 1: Instruct Your Travelers to Connect
Let your travelers know that their booking and expense just got easier. Ensure that your duty of care needs are being met and that your travelers are getting the experience that they are used to with Booking.com. Before they book a business trip on Booking.com, your travelers must connect their Booking.com and Concur accounts in the Booking.com App Center Listing.
Travelers need to be “connected” so their bookings sync with Concur. You can use these communication resources to help your travelers connect!

2. Update Your Concur Company Notes Section
When your travelers log into Concur Solutions, the Concur Company Notes are front and center, and a great way to communicate this important connection. You can modify this information and educate your travelers by following the instructions below:

First, access the Company Notes section in Concur Admin using the following steps:
- Concur Travel and Concur Travel & Expense customers: Admin > Travel > Travel Admin > Custom Text Tab
- Concur Expense customers: Expense Admin > Company Info

Then, cut and paste the following suggested text into the Company Notes section of your Concur Travel Admin.
Connect your Booking.com account with your Concur account by visiting the Booking.com App Center Listing and clicking on “Connect.”

Step 3: System Optimization
Update Your Travel Policy
Apply Concur travel policy notifications to bookings made directly on Booking.com by travelers who have linked their Concur and Booking.com accounts. Please refer to the Configuration section of the TripLink User Guide to learn more.
Frequently Asked Questions
Changes happen! Please tell your traveler to change their booking directly on Booking.com. These changes will then be visible within Concur.
You may be looking at the Booking.com Enterprise App. Concur has two integrations with Booking.com:
- The TripLink integration: This is where end users can connect their Booking.com and Concur accounts. Try this link to connect your accounts.
- The Concur Travel integration: This is where Booking.com content can be activated directly in Concur Travel. This integration needs to be turned on at the enterprise level, which is why we have the listing in the enterprise section. The Concur Travel integration is available to all Concur Travel customers.
