Invite your travelers to connect to Amtrak via the Concur TripLink Hub located in SAP Concur solutions. Employees will see a new tab in the main navigation that says “TripLink.” Selecting this tab will bring the user to the Concur TripLink hub. They will find sections for the component parts of Concur TripLink where employees can connect to preferred suppliers like Amtrak.
- Your employees can become familiar with travel partner integrations, connect their frequent traveler accounts, and manage existing connections.
- TripIt Pro – Your employees can read about the functions and benefits of TripIt, learn about their free subscription to TripIt Pro, and either create a new TripIt account or connect their existing account.

Update Your Travel Policy
If you have an existing Amtrak Corporate Discount, your Administrator will need to add the 8-digit code in your policy configurations in the Manage Corporate Discounts section. If you do not know your Amtrak Corporate Discount number, please reach out to the individual who manages your travel supplier relationships or email the Amtrak Corporate Sales team at corporate.programs@amtrak.com to request your discount code.
Apply Concur Travel policy notifications to bookings made directly on Amtrak.com by travelers who have linked their SAP Concur and Amtrak accounts. Please refer to the Configuration section of the Concur TripLink User Guide to learn more.

We understand change happens. Let your travelers know they can change their reservation on Amtrak.com or mobile app. All the changes will be synced with SAP Concur.
Amtrak allows all routes to be booked via their website and mobile app.
Corporate customers who use SAP Concur for business travel will be shown their corporate negotiated rate as well as upgrades if applicable. Please contact your Amtrak account rep if you have questions or need rate information.
Customers may contact Amtrak via the mobile app (click More then click Contact Amtrak), visit the Amtrak website or call 1-800-USA-RAIL
It is recommended travelers connect their Amtrak loyalty account via the Concur TripLink hub, found in their concursolutions main menu. It can take up to 24hr for a connection to be authenticated, it will show as pending during the connection process and connection status will be indicated connected upon completion. If the connection fails, users may want to verify their loyalty number is correct and try again. If they are unable to connect their account, they can create a support ticket.
Unfortunately, no retroactive discount will apply to bookings made outside of the Concur TripLink Amtrak integration. We encourage travelers to connect their loyalty account prior to booking with Amtrak to get the full benefits of the integrated solution and capture the reservation in their SAP Concur solutions.
When travelers connect their Amtrak loyalty account to their SAP Concur account, they agree to the terms and conditions to share their email, name and loyalty information with Amtrak when booking for business. The terms and conditions are displayed when the connection is made, and the business booking experience indicates the reservation will be shared with SAP Concur.
