Service Partner Overview

The Service Partners Program identifies, vets, enables, and manages companies to expand SAP Concur's customer implementation reach. We collaborate with the SAP Concur Global Ecosystem and work with our Service Partners, to help customers realize business value faster and with greater customer satisfaction when they implement Concur products.

SAP Concur Implementation Partners (CIP’s) perform the services that otherwise would be performed by the SAP Concur implementation team.* As a partner’s alliance with SAP Concur grows, they continue to develop broader service capabilities needed to deliver additional Implementation Services. SAP Concur ensures that Implementation Partner resources are certified in the configuration of the SAP Concur solutions, Expense and/or Invoice products and other SAP Concur related products as they are approved for performing deployments. The Implementation Partner typically provides overall project management, analysis & design, integration, deployment assistance, training, and handoff to the SAP Concur Post-Implementation Support. A CIP may also provide customer-side assistance. These additional services are outside of the SAP Concur Partner Program, but compliment the overall services they deliver.

Implementation Partner resource certifications are required to become and remain a CIP. Certifications are renewed annually through the Stay Current program, administered in the learning management system for all associated training.

 

*This excludes some behind the firewall setup items; such as Site Spin-up, Import and Export setup, SSO, FTP and/or PGP setup, and setup of other SAP Concur access-controlled items.
